Heading towards Cradle Mountain, Tasmania

Macrodyl Joins Flickr

It’s not new, recent or particularly interesting news, I know. It does however, give me an extra avenue to show off all of the random photos that I’ve taken and edited but which don’t really fit any posts/topics that I usually cover. Besides, I can’t realistically ram 20-30 awesome pictures of the same place into a single post, so it kind of makes sense to have somewhere else to store them all without flooding Macrodyl with image posts, or breaking it with my poor attempt to redesign the website.

Now, assuming I’ve not got this completely backwards and totally screwed it up, you should be able to access the photostream somewhere here:

If that doesn’t work, too bad.

To cut a short story even shorter, as I mentioned prior, it’s more so I can throw out the random one off photos that I’ve taken and give them a home on the internet. Not every thing is news-worthy, but even so they can still be interesting enough for me to want to share. Some of them might just be completely irrelevant, not that that would ever stop me posting it on here in the most inconvenient place.

Like this.

If you’re thinking “you always share photos you should’ve done this a long time ago”, then yes, you’re right, I should have and I’d kind of started it, but there are a lot of places that my uploads tend to go, between the blog, Pinterest, Facebook and Google+ I already have a bunch of places to upload, so really you should be thanking the Flickr Uploadr for making this feasible!

Now you can go critique my “art”.

Ciao!

P.S. The cover image and all images in this post are completely unrelated, I just wanted to put something pretty in to break up the wall of text.
